So, I had a bride call back in November to book our makeup services for her wedding in September of 09. When I was talking to her on the phone, I asked if she wanted to book our hair services as well. She answered back frustrated, and said that she couldn't find any pictures of hair styles on my website that she liked. When I was done talking to her, I went to my website and searched through all of our hair photos. This is when it hit me, we didn't have enough hair pictures in our portfolio. There wasn't much variety of styles, and the pictures didn't show brides what our stylists can really do.
I right away went into action! I set up a huge photo shoot! We had 4 stylists, 3 makeup artists, including myself, and 2 photographers. We were also super lucky because Pearls and Lace bridal let us use their dresses, and Che Bella also let us use their hair jewelry and veils. We had such a fun time doing this shoot and I really hope everyone enjoys our new pictures! The pictures will be up in Mid-February. Tons of great makeup and hair, so that brides can really see what we can do:)
