Congrats to Kristen McCune! Kristen got married on Dec. 27. We got her and her party ready at the very beautiful Saint Paul Hotel! I felt like just one of the girls that day! Her bridal party and I gabbed about beauty stuff all day, as I did everyone's makeup. Kristen's mom was super sweet. She remind me of my mom, she is such a genuine person. I loved kristen's style, her dress was to die for! At the makeup and hair consultation, she wanted to try some smokey eyes. She liked it, but was not in love with it. So, on the wedding day, I spiced it up a bit, and added more bronze to her shadow instead of the greys tones that we did on her at her consultation. I added a bit of plum shadow on her liner, and put the gold bronze and plum her bottom of her eyelid. I put some really wispy lashes on her, and did a very light pink gloss with a tint of plum. Looking at these pictures, it really worked great on her. We did Kristen's airbrush tan too. She was glowing. This is a gal that I would picture being Friends with. She's a total sweetheart, and her personality is amazing. Oh, and one of her bridesmaids brought in clip in extensions. She said they were real hair, and wanted Angela to clip them in as she styled her hair. She looked amazing!!! I went to Sally's and bought myself a pair the next week. Reminded me of Jessica's Simspon's hair on her wedding day with Nick.

We also want to congratulate Jessica W. She got married on Sunday Jan. 18th. At Jessica's consultation, she said she loved the winter, and was hoping that would snow on her wedding day. Well, it snowed perfectly all day, just like she had hoped. Jessica got married at the Semple Mansion. It was such a fun day getting her and her girlfriends pretty. The photographer, Kelly Brown, rocks!!! Right when I saw her step into the "Bridal Room", I was like....Yes, I am going to have some great pictures of Jessica to share on my new blog! We did super smokey eyes on the bride, and we did a bit of airbrush. Jessica wanted big lashes to really show off her beautiful eyes. This was not a bride that was afraid of some dramatic makeup. I love doing all types of makeup artistry, but she really let me do my art! It was Fantastic!
