Molly and I have known each other since we were kids. Our parents were close friends, so we often hung out when we were really young. When I got married, I had her mom, Jan, do our wedding pictures. My sister just got married last June, and Jan also did her wedding pictures. When Molly asked me to do her hair and makeup for her big day, I was very excited. At her consultation, she showed me the bird cage veil she loves with some feathers! Molly also showed me a bridal makeup picture out of a magazine that showed a super natural look, with a flawless effect to the skin as well. We added a bit more drama to the eyes, but kept everything else very classic. Molly had 2 wedding ceremonies, 1 in San Fransisco and 1 in Minneapolis. SO Lucky...how many brides get to do that? She got to wear her dress twice!

Jennifer Green got Married at the Saint Paul, one of my favorite spots! I did her mother's makeup as well. It was so, so much fun doing these two gal's makeup.....they loved makeup, and they were not afraid of some color! I did dark, smokey eyes on the both of them, and put on some wispier lashes on them as well. They loved the airbrush makeup, and said at their consultation, they could'nt believe how long it lasted. Jennifer's dress was a "dream dress". I think it was the perfect dress for her petite frame. The photographers were also commenting on how amazing the dress was. Everyone that surrounded her that day was so, so happy! Her good friend did her hair, and it looked fantastic! Maybe I will get the chance to do these girl's makeup again when they go out for a mother/daughter night out!
Andra booked our services by her maid of honors recommendation, Sydney. Sydney got married last year, and I did her makeup. It was a perfect day! Andra got married at the "Little Lodge Pioneer village" In Hastings. It was quite a place! Everyone got ready in this adorable chapel looking room. It has pink flowers all around the mirrors, and the room was very girlie! Andra's hair was super thick naturally, so this type of hairstyle just worked so well. I did airbrush foundation on her and put on some very little lashes. She wanted a natural look, and so I just did some bronzed shadows on her, with a pale pink gloss, and she looked amazing! Andra is one of the sweetest brides I have had yet, and it was really fun doing her makeup for her big day~
